Terms of Service
Plain language, no tricks. These terms explain how Doodle AI works, what you are responsible for, and what to expect from this creative tool.
Last updated: August 2026
What Doodle AI is
Doodle AI is a conversational creative tool at doodleai.art. It helps you turn descriptions, photos, and references into hand-drawn doodles, collages, stickers, and other visual results. It is an independent side project provided on an as-is basis.
Eligibility and accounts
You may browse Doodle AI without an account. Google sign-in is required to upload, generate, save, and synchronize supported chats, boards, characters, and generation history across devices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You must provide accurate information when using an account, must not impersonate another person, and must not share or sell access to your account. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, users, or third-party providers from abuse.
Image generation, PicX, and credits
Doodle AI uses a server-owned PicX connection for image generation and asset uploads. You do not need to provide a provider credential. You must use the service through the supported product flows and follow PicX's terms and API rules.
Doodle AI meters generations using account credits. Starter credits, credit costs, available packs, subscriptions, and any applicable prices are shown in the product when those features are enabled. Credits are a service entitlement, not money, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred unless we expressly say otherwise. Failed generations may be refunded when the product logic provides for it; a generation is not guaranteed to succeed.
Any purchase or subscription is also subject to the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider, not by Doodle AI itself. We do not currently promise that any particular credit pack, model, skill, or pricing will remain available.
Your content and generated results
You keep whatever rights you have in photos, prompts, references, and other content you submit. You are responsible for having permission to upload, process, and share that content. Do not upload private or sensitive material unless you understand that it may be sent to PicX or another provider to fulfill your request.
To provide the service, you give Doodle AI a limited, non-exclusive permission to transmit, store, process, display, and back up your content and generated results as necessary to operate the app, synchronize your account, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not claim ownership of your content or sell it.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other results, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing results and for checking whether a result infringes someone else's rights before publishing or using it commercially.
Acceptable use
- Use content you have rights to use. Do not upload someone else's photo, artwork, trademark, or personal information without permission.
- Respect people. Do not use Doodle AI to harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or impersonate another person.
- Do not abuse the service. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, automate generation outside supported flows, or flood the app or its providers.
- Do not break the law. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful activity.
- Do not evade restrictions. Do not use alternate accounts, stolen credentials, or technical workarounds to bypass account, credit, or provider limits.
We may remove content, limit generation, suspend an account, or block traffic when we reasonably believe these terms or a provider's rules have been violated.
Third-party services
Doodle AI depends on third-party services, including Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, Google for optional sign-in and analytics, PicX for image generation and asset hosting, OpenRouter for model routing, DataFast for pageview analytics, Mixpanel for product event analytics and session replay, and Google Analytics for traffic measurement. Your use of those services through Doodle AI is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and usage limits. We are not responsible for a third party's service outage, policy change, account action, or data handling.
Availability and changes
Doodle AI is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, compatibility with every browser or device, a particular model, generation speed, or a successful result. Features, skills, providers, limits, and prices may change or be discontinued.
We may update these terms when the service or its data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use Doodle AI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers
Doodle AI is not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, identity-verification, or professional advice. Do not rely on generated content as a substitute for a qualified professional. You use the service and its results at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodle AI and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-data damages, or for losses arising from third-party services, generated content, account access, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
