A doodle is a quick, unplanned drawing — the spirals in a notebook margin, the face on a sticky note, the cat you draw while on hold. It isn't meant to be perfect. That's the point: doodling lowers the stakes, so your hand moves before your inner critic does.

Yes. Drawing, the random idea button, and saving your doodle as a PNG are free with no account and no limit. Only turning a doodle into finished art with Doodle AI uses credits, and new accounts get free starter credits for that.

Do I need to sign up or install anything?

No. The pad runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing is uploaded while you draw — your doodle stays on your device until you choose to save it or send it to Doodle AI.

Can I doodle with my finger or an Apple Pencil?

Yes. The canvas accepts touch, mouse, and stylus input. Scrolling is locked only inside the drawing area, so the page still scrolls normally around it.

How do I save my doodle?

Tap Save PNG. You get a 1200×1200 image on a cream paper background, ready to share or print. Your current drawing is also kept in this browser, so it is still there if you reload the page.

What should I doodle if I have no ideas?
